Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us.

Regarding the purchase of digital products exclusively, or digital products with development support, we offer a 5-day refund, from date of purchase.  Please let us know if you simply selected the wrong item, and need an exchange.

For services containing Retainers, we don't offer refunds for Retainers:  We will work with you if there is an unused service that can be credited to your account, or applied to another product.

For products that offer continuous service for quarterly and semi-annual products, we charge a base service fee.  If the service is discontinued prior to its' scheduled end, we may at our discretion, prorate the unused service, and offer an account credit or refund.
